We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as Principal Contractor for the plant room refurbishment at Stella & Harry Freedman House, carried out on behalf of our client, Jewish Care.
The project, led by Contracts Manager Hayden Blason, will focus on upgrading the home’s outdated systems, improving efficiency and supporting a more sustainable operation.
As part of our ongoing company refurbishment portfolio, we are proud to contribute to this important project and look forward to delivering another successful outcome that enhances the facilities for those who live and work at Stella & Harry Freedman House.
Harniss have been appointed Principal Contractor for the plant room refurbishment works at Stella & Harry Freedman House.
This building had already made the change over to Low Energy lighting as well as partial change over to an all-electric heat source with VRF.
Our audit identified opportunities to reduce further the reliance on gas for heating and hot water through the future works of installing multiple Air Source Heat Pumps.
