Our team got to engage with the fantastic students from The Duston School.
The scheme achieved BREEAM NC 2014 ‘Very Good’ and a ‘A’ rated EPC to ensure planning compliance.
This was achieved with a combination of low air permeability, good use of natural daylight and low energy lighting with automatic sensor controls throughout.
