Keeping up to date, our design team discussed the impact and importance of the recently updated Building Safety Act 2022.
Looking at higher risk buildings (HRBs), the gateway methods and hashtag#goldenthread - working with BCOs Building Safety Regulators, Principal Designers and Principal Contractors.
Our team got to engage with the fantastic students from The Duston School.
The amount of concrete with this property was extremely low and combined with the amount of ground material extraction the building is predicted to accumulate approximately 4,631 tonnes of material.
