This development includes 72 ensuite rooms, lounges, private dining room, cinema, and boutique café. This scheme also included for residents, friends and family wine bar brassiere to relax and unwind!
Working closing with our consultancy practice, Harniss were able to steer and guide the team towards maximising fabric performance and reducing future energy consumption costs. Under planing requirements and meeting the latest building regulations, the team modelled and calculated best enhanced measures to mitigate overheating and ensure good internal thermal comfort. One of the few remain schemes still under Part L 2013, Harniss designed the most economical and sensible HEVAC solution of Gas fired CHP and LTHW boilers, demonstrating a 25tCO2 annual saving over and above building regulations.
