We are looking for a well-organised, adaptable, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. While this role offers variety and long-term progression opportunities, it requires someone who is comfortable handling essential administrative and office tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilties:
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally
- Oversee the ordering and stock management of office supplies and PPE
- Provide administrative support across various business functions, including procurement
- Assist with office tasks such as processing purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Coordinate and manage vehicle maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT packages such as Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Excellent English language skills for handling telephone calls, emails, and visitors
- GCSEs (Grade C or above) in English and Maths
- A-Levels preferred but not essential
